1998-Present

Owns and operates Randle Equestrian, LLC. Cheyenne/Laramie, WY. Training of horse and rider. In some cases showing at breed shows, combined training events, hunter/jumper competitions, and/or dressage shows. Other services include serving as USA Equestrian Judge, Technical Delegate or other organizational positions at equestrian shows and events.

1986-2000

Worked as a Horse Trainer, Instructor and Stable Manager for Mears Morgans, Laramie, WY. Responsibilities included, training all horses to ride or drive, showing, instructing dressage, jumping, and western riding. As stable manager I oversaw the health care, shoeing, and breeding on a sixty horse operation.

 

1986-1999

Served in all offices including five-time President of the Windy Wyoming MSEA Chapter during which time I performed the duties of Organizer, Cross-Country and Stadium Course Designer, and Jump Builder for the Windy Wyoming Horse Trials. This included organizing and course designing the USEA Area IX Novice through Preliminary Combined Training Championships in 1999.

 

 

1984-Present

USEF Licensed Eventing and Dressage “r” Technical Delegate. Responsibilities include inspecting jump courses for safety, required standards and acting as an official on competition days to insure the competition is run in accordance with the rules.

 

 

1980-1986

Co-owned and operated Soda Fork Outfitters, Dubois, WY. Responsibilities involved all aspects of outfitting including bookkeeping, making reservations, menu planning, and livestock management. Sold the business when my husband incurred a spinal cord injury in 1986.

 

 

1980-1986

Owned and operated Wind River Sport Horses, Dubois, WY. Responsibilities included training, riding instruction, horse show management and officiating.

 

 

1978-1980

Co-managed Lava Creek Ranch, Dubois, WY. Assisted in personnel management and overseeing general ranch reconstruction and management.

 

 

1977-1978

Timberline Veterinary Clinic, Laramie, WY. Worked in general animal care, X-ray development, assisted in surgery as well as being in charge of surgery preparation.

 

 

1974-1975

Dr. William Lampkin DVM., Fullerton CA. Worked as a Veterinary Technician assisting in surgery, routine lab work, treatments, immunizations, X-rays, and served as the "on-call" assistant in the equine practice.
